The big deal is that this is intermittent and so far no reproducible. The only difference we have seen between the 2 bad servers and ther good ones are that the bad servers had the Notes counters installed so we have removed those but that does not necessarily mean thats the fault.

Answers to your questions

1) Servers are not in a cluster
2) No ICM, web clustering or alike involved
3) No single sign on
4) The following standard timeouts are employed

HTTP persistent connections: Enabled
Maximum requests per persistent connection:5
Persistent connection timeout: 180 seconds
Request timeout: 60 seconds
Input timeout: 15 seconds
Output timeout: 180 seconds
CGI timeout: 180 seconds

5) All users are affected whether they be in names.nsf or listed in a secondary address book

6) Both HTTP and HTTPS
